Two days before the auction starts, the equipment can be viewed in our yard at 1730 Albany Highway, Kenwick (Perth) or 102 Gosport Street, Hemmant (Brisbane), depending on the location of the forthcoming auction. Descriptions of Lots / No Warranties The descriptions in this brochure are believed to be correct. However, the descriptions are merely a guide and are in no way a warranty, representation or guarantee, expressed or implied. Neither the Auctioneer nor the Seller is responsible for any errors in descriptions of the year quality, character or condition of the equipment and purchaser shall not be entitled to any remedy or claim on account of the year quality, character or condition of the equipment purchased. Inspection of Equipment The equipment can be inspected on the preview two days until the auction starts. The bidder/buyer is totally responsible for, and can rely exclusively on his personal inspection of the equipment. Should the bidder/buyer have any questions during the previews or at the auction, please talk to the Auctioneers. Removal of equipment It is the buyer's responsibility to clear his purchases from the Auction site. Insurance, load out, handling and removal will be at the buyer's cost, risk, and responsibility. The buyer shall not be entitled to possession of any of his purchases until the total purchase price of all his purchases including interest and storage fees have been fully paid. All equipment must be removed from the Auction Site no later than 30 days after the sale. If the equipment is not removed after the said date, the buyer will be liable to a storage fee of AUD 25 per day per lot. Absolute Auction Policy Equipment sold at a WWA Auction is sold to the highest bidder without minimums or reserves of any kind, regardless of the selling price. All sellers are prohibited by contract from bidding on their own equipment or having a representative bid on their behalf. Anyone with knowledge of an owner attempting to bid on his equipment is encouraged to notify World Wide Auctioneers immediately. Auction Site Warning The bidder acknowledges that the Auction site is a potential dangerous place. Heavy equipment is being operated, potentially dangerous materials may be present, electric circuits may be live and other potential dangers may exist. Each and every person at the Auction site (and other areas where the property is located or displayed) shall be there at his or her own risk. No person or his/her estate shall have any claim against the Auctioneers, their agents, employees or principals for any personal injury sustained or death nor for damages to or loss of property which may occur from any cause whatsoever. Terms of Sale All purchases will be made in Australian Dollars. A 5% purchaser handling charges applies on every item bought at a price of AUD2,500 or less. Payment shall be made in Australian Dollars and made in cash, by direct bank transfer (SWIFT 01) or by other means acceptable to the Auctioneer at his sole discretion. 25 % of the total bidder invoice or AUD 10,000, whichever amount is higher, shall be paid on the date of the Auction and the balance shall be paid within 7 days of the date of the Auction. No purchases may be removed from the Auction site until paid for in full. Import/Export requirements Certain requirements may have to be met before the equipment can be imported or exported. Compliance with such requirements is the sole responsibility of the purchaser of the equipment. The Auctioneer does not provide safety certificates, certificates of origin and the like. Payment of export or other duties, if applicable, is the sole responsibility of the purchaser of the equipment.
